1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria

• Item must be unused, clean, and in brand-new resalable condition.
• Must include original product tags, carry bag, guy lines, stakes, repair patches, and instructions.
• Tent Notice: Tents and awnings that have been pitched outdoors on grass or dirt cannot be returned as unwanted goods. Please inspect components cleanly on a clean indoor surface or tarp.

3. Restocking Fees

We charge zsh.00 Restocking Fees. You will never be penalized with a restocking fee.

4. How to Return an Item

2. Obtain Return Authorization (RMA): Our support team will issue an RMA number and return instructions.
3. Package Securely: Repack the item in its original box or sturdy shipping carton.
4. Ship Your Return: Ship via any insured carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS) with tracking to our Portland return center.

5. Defective or Damaged Goods

If your product is defective or damaged during transit, contact us within 30 days. We provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a 100% full refund or free replacement.

6. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days following receipt and inspection at our facility, credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.).
